Branded motion games for booths, events and venues

People play with their body in front of a webcam. Each game carries one business's logo, colors and products. It runs in a browser on a laptop and a TV, with no special hardware.

These are demo builds with fictional brands. Allow the camera to play with your body, or use touch or a mouse.

Play them all: the Arcade

Step in front of the camera. Your body position picks a game: step onto it to play, lean to see more games. Touch, mouse and keyboard work too. Add ?all=1 to the address to list the experimental games as well.

Open the arcade (camera) Touch / mouse

Brand a game for a business: the Brand Studio

Type the business name, drop its logo, pick a game and watch it play with that brand. Download the brand pack as a zip. Everything stays in your browser tab.

Open the Brand Studio
Wipe Revealfictional brandexperimental

Alderquill Lodge

The screen is covered in fog. Sweep your arms slowly, like wiping a window, to clear the fog and uncover the brand's prize picture. Big soft wipers on both wrists, no hands or fingers needed; gusts of fog are announced two seconds ahead.

“Wipe the fog away with big slow arm sweeps. Uncover the prize!”

Catch / Popfictional brandexperimental

Bramblecup Coffee

Reach with your hands to catch falling items. Avoid the hazards.

“Catch the beans! Win a free latte”

Catch Basketfictional brand

Brightpeel Juice Bar

Move your whole body left and right to slide the basket under the slow-falling brand items; skip the hazards. A marker on the ground shows where each item will land, well before it arrives.

“Slide under the falling fruit and fill your basket! Best catch wins a free smoothie”

Header Herofictional brand

Brindlecross Youth FC

Head the balls back with your whole body. A kicker at the far end lobs balls toward you and a glowing ring on the floor shows, at least a second and a half ahead, where each one will land: left, middle or right. Lean toward that ring or step into its zone (both work) and be there when the ball arrives to head it back with a big pop; brand-item balls are worth more and burst into the brand's pictures. Silly decoys (a soggy sneaker, a cream pie, a rubber duck) have a red ring with a cross: let them fly past. Late in the round a volley of three balls comes in a row. Be set when the ball lands for PERFECT. No fast moves, no fingers.

“Lean or step under the glowing ring and head every ball back! Best header of the day wins a Brindlecross kit bag”

Lean Glidefictional brand

Cairnwick Outfitters

Lean your upper body left or right to steer a glider down a slow course. Pass through the gates, scoop up the brand tokens and keep clear of the trees and rocks. Gates show up far ahead, so there is always time to lean.

“Lean to steer down the mountain, glide through the gates and grab the gear! Best run wins a trail-day gift card”

Tilt Tablefictional brand

Dapplegum Sweet Shop

Lean your upper body left or right to tip the tray, and roll the balls along their grooves into the brand's cups. Every ball feels the same tilt, so plan which cup you want next. Sink balls one after another for a streak, sink two together for a multi-ball bonus, and roll slowly into the golden cup for the big prize. New balls always show a marker before they drop in, and the cups change three times a round with a warning first. Prefer not to lean? Stepping into the left or right camera zone tips the tray too. On the easy setting the balls cannot fall off.

“Lean to tilt the tray and roll the gumballs into the cups! The golden cup is the big prize”

Zone Rallyfictional brand

Fernhollow Padel Club

Rally with a friendly CPU opponent using your whole body. The opponent hits the ball and a glowing marker on the court shows which zone it will land in, left, middle or right, with plenty of time to get there: be standing in that zone when it lands and your player returns it by itself. Keep the rally going, the ball speeds up a little with every return, and a miss just starts a fresh rally. Golden balls are smash chances: stand still in the zone to smash. Balls carrying the brand's items are bonuses. No swing, no fast moves, no fingers.

“Stand where the ball will land and keep the rally going! Longest rally of the day wins a free court hour”

Slicefictional brandexperimental

Gearwhistle Robotics

Swipe your arms fast through items to slice them. Avoid the hazards.

“Slice the parts. Dodge the shorts. Top score wins a robot kit”

Freeze Framefictional brandexperimental

Glimmerfrost Gelato

Red light, green light for your whole body. Step and swing your arms on GO to run to the finish line; a yellow warning always comes before STOP, and then you freeze. Moving on STOP sends you back. Slow, forgiving, no hands or fingers.

“Run to the gelato cart when it says GO. Freeze when it says STOP!”

Pose Matchfictional brandexperimental

Juniperflow Studio

A pose silhouette appears over the camera mirror: strike the same pose with your body and hold it, or tap the matching card on a touch screen.

“Strike the pose! Finish a round and get a free first class”

Goaliefictional brandexperimental

Kickline Athletics

Shots fly from a striker toward the goal and grow as they arrive, so block each one with your hands (camera) or a tap or drag, and keep away from the bomb shots.

“Be the keeper! Stop every shot, dodge the bombs. Top save rate wins a pair of boots”

Lane Dashfictional brand

Larkspur Courier

Step left or right to dodge the lane blocks and collect the brand's tokens. Every block shows a lane marker well ahead of time, so there is always room to move. Slow, forgiving, and nothing but stepping side to side.

“Dash down the lanes and deliver the parcels! Top score wins a free same-day delivery”

Beatfictional brandexperimental

Lumenwave Audio

Notes fly toward glowing rings around your upper body: hit each ring with a hand (or a tap) on the beat, and leave the red decoy notes alone.

“Hit the beat. Win Pulse earbuds!”

Catch / Popfictional brandexperimental

Peakform Physio

Reach with your hands to catch falling items. Avoid the hazards.

“Catch the gear and beat the clock! Win a free stretch session”

Lean Bowlfictional brand

Pinwick Lanes

Bowl with your whole body, standing on the floor in front of the camera. Step left or right to aim the ball along the foul line, lean to curve it (a bright guide line shows the whole path, and a ring marks the pocket, the gap beside the head pin where strikes happen), then stand still for about a second and the ball rolls by itself. If you keep moving, it rolls on its own after a few seconds, so nobody gets stuck. Gutters have bumpers on the easy level, and the lane gently helps the ball into the pocket. Knock every pin for a STRIKE, clean up the rest on the second ball for a SPARE, and knock the pin with the brand's badge for a bonus. Three frames fit one round. No swing, no fast moves, no fingers.

“Step to aim, lean to curve, stand still to roll! Strike the badge pin for a free slice”

Zone Popfictional brand

Quarterglow Arcade Bar

A party game for the whole body. Bubbles holding the brand's items grow in three zones; one at a time starts to pulse and shows a countdown ring, then ripens: stand in its zone to pop it before it floats away. Later in the round two neighbouring zones ripen one after the other (1, then 2), and a golden bubble pops only if you stay still in its zone for about a second. No fast moves, no fingers.

“Step into the zone of the ripe bubble and pop it! Top popper of the night wins a free Glow Fizz”

Brand Mirrorfictional brand

Quillfern Clothiers

A 45 second mirror show for a booth or a TV. The screen is a mirror that wears the brand: a logo halo over your head, ribbons flowing from your wrists, a sash across your shoulders and sparkles. About every 7 seconds the show asks for one easy move, shown with an icon and words at least 1.5 seconds ahead: step left, step right, back to the middle, lean left or right, or freeze for a second. Nail it for points, a combo and a big branded burst. In between, step into a side zone to change the effect style. The round ends with a best-moment card and the brand's call to action. The camera picture is never recorded. Body only, no faces, no fast moves.

“Step in front of the mirror: Quillfern dresses you for the show! Strike every pose and win a tote”

Lean Racerfictional brand

Rimlark Tyre & Auto

Lean your upper body left or right to steer a kart round a short race seen from behind. Speed is automatic. Follow the chevron signs through the gentle bends, scoop up the brand tokens on the racing line and pass the slow rival karts. Leaving the road only slows you down. Prefer not to lean? Stepping into the left or right camera zone steers too.

“Lean to steer, follow the chevrons, grab the gear and pass the slow karts! Fastest finish wins a free tyre check”

Zone Keeperfictional brand

Saltvolley Sport Hydration

Play goalkeeper with your whole body. A slow shot flies toward the left, middle or right of the goal and that zone glows well before the ball arrives: step into it and save the shot. Bonus balls carry the brand's items; some shots bend to another zone, and the new zone lights up in good time. No fast moves, no fingers.

“Step into the glowing zone and save every shot! Best keeper of the day wins a Saltvolley crate”

Whack Wallfictional brandexperimental

Voltbloom Energy

Targets light up on the wall: punch each lit one with your hand (or tap it on a phone) before it fades, and never hit the red-ringed decoys.

“Punch the lit cans. Skip the duds. Top score wins a free case”

Balloon Liftfictional brandexperimental

Windlark Honey Co.

Raise and lower your arms to lift a balloon. Fly through the rings, grab the brand's goodies and steer around the clouds. Everything drifts in slowly from the right and the balloon floats gently, so there is nothing fast to do. No hands or fingers.

“Raise your arms to lift the balloon. Fly through the rings and collect the honey!”
